Tampa’s Most Iconic Pole Dance Destination.

Owned and operated by an international multi-award winning pole dancer, Studio Nightshade is a one-of-a-kind pole studio that sets the trends and does things our own way. Step inside our gorgeous, bucket-list worthy studio, and you’ll instantly understand why students across the globe travel to visit us! We have a unique, individualistic, and sustainable dance-based approach to movement, so you can do away with the idea that you have to wait until you are “more this” or “less that” to experience the transformative nature of pole dance!

While we’re proud to undeniably hold the reputation as Tampa Bay’s most shamelessly sexy studio, we’re even more proud to be the most diverse. As the only Woman of Color owned pole dance studio in the city of Tampa, we place great emphasis on being a space where students of all shades, ages, sizes, and genders can feel safe to indulge in themselves, explore their sensuality, and bravely express themselves through dance. With an instructor staff ranging from their 20s-60s and students of all shapes, shades, identities, and backgrounds, at Studio Nightshade, pole dance is for everybody and every body. We believe that you are enough now, as you are. The magic is already in you. We’re just here to help you see it, believe it, and unleash it. Welcome to your newest obsession - it just might change your life.
