Am I too (blank) to pole dance?

Short answer: NO. Pole Dance is for everybody and every body.

Now for the long answer:

You’re not “too much” of anything - too weak, too old, too heavy, etc to try pole dancing. Our poles don’t have a weight limit and there are sooo many amazing plus size pole dancers out there! There are also plenty of people pole dancing well into their 50s, 60s, and beyond. As for that strength component- before she started pole dancing, our own owner was once told by a personal trainer that “she has exceptionally low upper body strength”! It’s fine, you can laugh. At the time it was true! But thanks to finding pole dance, that’s certainly not the case now! There’s absolutely no need hit the gym before trying pole- we may not call ourselves “pole fitness” but it is undeniably one hell of a workout!

You’re also not “not enough” of anything. Whether you feel that you’re not confident enough, not sexy enough, not coordinated enough, not flexible enough, not anything enough, we can guarantee that none of those things is a pre-requisite for trying (and maybe even falling in love with) Pole Dance. You are enough, already, as you are and you can kick those self-limiting beliefs to the curb whenever you’re ready - you have the power to change that narrative.

So the only question left to ask yourself is are you brave enough to walk through those doors and try something new and perhaps take a step or three outside of your comfort zone?

If that answer is yes, then you are more than ready to give Pole Dancing a spin!

“I was super nervous since it was my first time but the instructor was really patient with me and very supportive. She took the time to explain moves when I was confused and helped figure out ways to move that fit with my current abilities. The other people in class were also really supportive which was a nice confidence boost. Highly recommend signing up for any of their classes.”
