Virtual Class How To

To sign up, click on your preferred class in the scheduler. You will then be instructed to set your time zone. Select a date and click continue to register.

All online classes are hosted on Zoom. Students will receive a class link via email with a password to access the virtual classroom. Please log in 5-10 minutes prior to class to allow time to settle in and mitigate any potential technology issues.

You will need a device to connect to Zoom, a device to play music via Spotify, and an optional recording device to film yourself.

If you would like feedback in or after class, please be sure that you are in-frame and adequately lit. Conversely, if you prefer to turn or keep your camera off for any reason, you are welcome to do so.

Class sign ups end 12 hours before the scheduled class. If you don’t receive the class email with link 2 hours prior to class, please check your spam and reach out via email or DM.

For safety, any student more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed into class. Students who no show or arrive after the cut-off time are not eligible for refunds or class credits.

Not all classes include a recording. Please check class descriptions for more info. Classes with a prompted or freestyle element will not include a recording, as student participation is necessary.

All virtual classes are non-refundable. If you cannot make a previously booked class, please let me know via email at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a class credit. Any cancelations made in less than 24 hours will forfeit class credit.
